The Opportunity

Many Canadians are presented with the opportunity to make the ultimate vacation lifestyle purchase – a Vacation Club Membership. Canadians who attend a resort presentation are given financing options that are usually made in US Dollars. Until now, there has been no source of financing available at resorts which give Canadians the peace of mind of making payments in Canadian Dollars.

Better Financing Options

CSF realized that Canadians were looking for financing options that are tailored specifically for Canadians by Canadians. Resorts in Cuba, Mexico and the Dominican Republic wanted to provide their Canadian clients with a better option.

Unique Funding Model

Credit is often provided by banks and credit card companies at high interest rates. CSF offers a Canadian alternative through a specialized consumer lending program. Loans are funded at the platform level through corporate capital sources, including investment capital raised by Checkmark Financial Corporation.

Expanding Business

CSF already provides this financing option in Cuba and the Dominican Republic. We are looking to expand our footprint throughout all beach destinations preferred by Canadian vacationers.

Rather than a foreign company handling your payments, CSF is owned 100% by Canadians and is based in Ottawa, Canada with the ability to provide customer service in both English and French to our clients.
